We’ve enjoyed all the teas in the sample. We used all the teas as iced tea. They were all excellent. I understand that most teas are reviewed and used as hot teas but I would encourage iced tea users to try these teas and enjoy them. Such wonderful flavors and no bitterness. For iced tea: 3 TBS for For 3 min per 2 cups at 200 degrees . Steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Add ice to make 4 cups.
