I did a ton of research before I decided that I have to try this technique for chain lubrication. This product with the separate Teflon additive is fabulous. I watched a lot of videos and using this Teflon as an additive to the wax was highly suggested. I have waxed all 4 of my bicycle chains and they all run and shift like butter. As the videos demonstrate, I love running my finger back and forth on the chain only to show a very clean result, no oily grimy mess. Be careful when you open the package of wax, as an additive other than the Teflon, is dry and can fall out of the package making a mess when you aren't ready for it. The initial preparation to wax your chain properly can be very daunting and time consuming for sure, but most that have done it will never go back to oiling a chain. If you are willing to go through the tedious preparation, only once is needed, this wax combo is the bomb!!
